Comedy Wildlife Awards 2026 Finalists Announced

The 2026 Comedy Wildlife Awards have revealed their finalists, showcasing humorous and candid moments captured by photographers worldwide. The competition aims to raise awareness for wildlife conservation through humor.

This year's competition saw over 10,000 entries from 112 countries, the highest number to date. The finalists include images like "Spicy Orangutan" by Tanner Mansell and a damselfly appearing to wave through a leaf by Lee Frost.

Awards co-founder Tom Sullam stated that the competition uses humor to foster empathy towards wildlife, which in turn drives positive behavioral change for conservation.

The winners will be announced on December 8. All 40 finalists, along with other submissions, can be viewed on the competition's website, where the public can also vote for the People's Choice Award.
