Villas Raíces by Vince Studio

Villas Raíces is a residential project in San Mateo, Costa Rica, designed to minimize environmental impact by adapting architecture to the natural terrain.

The project, completed in 2024, covers an area of 145 m² and was led by architects Juan Vicente González Murillo and Juan Diego Alvarado Sancho.

Key collaborators include Jose Manuel Moreno Morales for architectural drawing, Maria Jose Gonzalez Murillo for procurement, Simple Paisajismo for landscaping, Intero Design for interior design and furniture, and ELEMEC for the electromechanical system.
