Val Mira Residential Towers
Two new residential towers, named "Val Mira," are being constructed on the Ritten plateau in Italy, designed by AGA - Andreas Gruber Architekten. The project aims to blend rural tradition with contemporary design.

The towers are situated on a steep vineyard slope above the Eisacktal valley. They are designed as monolithic, sculptural structures that appear as artificial rocks within the natural landscape.
The "Val Mira" ensemble is conceived as a peaceful retreat, with the two towers shaping a courtyard-like space. The architectural philosophy emphasizes compact floor plans with a feeling of generosity.
The project is part of the "Habitat L" ensemble and is located in Ritten, Italy. The completion year is set for 2026, with a total area of 145 m².
