Tskneti Residences by MUA

MUA Architects designed Tskneti Residences, a project completed in 2022, located in Tbilisi, Georgia. The residence is situated on a hillside plot surrounded by forest.

The project spans an area of 1700 m² and was led by architects Devi Kiutashvili, Gogiko Sakvarelidze, Natalia Nebieridze, and Maria Pelangia.

The design team included Merab Mebuke, Elene Edisherashvili, Masha Chigvinadze, Salome Katsadze, Ucha Zghudadze, Ana Grigolia, Levan Dzegvelashvili, and Luka Sulava.

Structural engineering was provided by Progresi, and MEP engineering by Giorgi Marshanishvili and Erekle Mestvirishvili.

The general contractor for the project was MBG.

The residence is located in Tskneti, a settlement 8 kilometers from Tbilisi, characterized by a four-season climate and a dense forest landscape.

The architectural identity of the design is rooted in the constructivist tradition, while also incorporating contemporary design principles.
