Smartphone Reimagined as a PC Inside a Mouse
A custom build integrates the internals of a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G smartphone into a computer mouse, effectively creating a compact personal computer.

This unique creation is described as a "PC inside a Mouse," utilizing the ARM board from a smartphone rather than a traditional single-board computer. The project elevates the concept by repurposing a smartphone, specifically a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G.
By using the Samsung phone, the builder can leverage Samsung's DeX desktop mode, which allows for a desktop-like experience directly from the phone's operating system, avoiding the need to install a separate Linux environment or an alternative OS like Postmarket OS.
The smartphone's components fit snugly into the mouse chassis after the battery compartment is removed. To address potential heat issues in the confined space, a brass piece is incorporated to act as a heat spreader, providing basic thermal management similar to the phone's original design.
