iLOOminate Public Toilet by Studio 10

Studio 10 has designed the iLOOminate Public Toilet, a new facility in Zhongxin Village, China, as part of the South Kunlun–Luofu Mountain Architectural Art Programme. The project involves renovating and upgrading the existing village public toilet.

The design retains the site's original spatial context. Preliminary research indicated that despite having private bathrooms, villagers continue to prefer using the sole public toilet in the village.
