Ten innovative designs set to be featured at London Design Festival by New Designers

New Designers Selects (ND Selects) will showcase ten innovative designs from emerging talents at the London Design Festival in September. This curated selection will feature young design businesses, typically one to five years into their careers, offering them a platform to connect with the wider design industry.

The showcase, running from September 15-17, 2026, at Kachette in Shoreditch, is a collaboration between New Designers and Shoreditch Design Week, located in what is described as London Design Festival's largest district.

Among the featured designs are a lamp crafted from minimally processed wood by Jasmine Prime, a mirror framed with a ripple-like structure by This is Oink, and candle holders sculpted from coloured porcelain by Riolab Ceramics.

Other notable pieces include the Hem Stool by Dan Davies Design, focusing on sustainability and circular principles; the Crackdown lighting object by Studio Soldout x LightOn Lighting, exploring contemporary minimalism; and the Pure Apricity Lamp by Rosie May Ceramics, which investigates how light influences emotional quality.

Additional designs include Irenehuang.Design's material-led furniture, Ceramakka's biomorphic ceramic forms inspired by nature, the Frame Stool by Caden Hao designed to invite introspection, and the Conchiolin Console Table by Phil Berczuk Design, drawing inspiration from natural shell architecture.
