Historic Paris Nightclub Reimagined as a Five-Star Hotel
Studio KO has transformed the former Bus Palladium nightclub into a five-star hotel in Paris, blending its musical legacy with contemporary hospitality. The hotel opened on April 10, 2026.

The hotel features 35 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and underground club. Architects Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty translated the venue's history through materials and atmosphere, reinstating the red neon sign.
Opened in 1965, Bus Palladium hosted diverse crowds. After closing in 2022, its owners envisioned a space where hospitality, music, and nightlife would coexist.
The original structure was demolished, but Studio KO incorporated elements of its architectural vocabulary into the new facade. The building now extends four levels underground.
The hotel's exterior features sandblasted concrete, while interiors contrast raw concrete with patterned carpets and vibrant colors.
Guest rooms include cork walls, soft carpets, and blue mirrors. Details like vintage amplifier-style switches reference music.
The restaurant features a glass cube with vegetation and a wall lined with over a thousand vinyl records. A console allows for DJ sets.
Chef Valentin Raffali's menu emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, aligning with the hotel's theme of refined informality.
