Evcc 0.316.0 releases new features and improvements

Evcc, open-source software for energy management, has released version 0.316.0. This update introduces various new features, including battery discharge for energy arbitrage and support for new devices, in addition to a range of improvements and bug fixes.

Key changes include optional current control for Home Assistant, removal of battery SOC presets, and adjustments to the 'smart' mode. Tariff slots shorter than 15 minutes have been rejected.
