Snøhetta Completes Hong Kong Residential Clubhouses

Snøhetta has finished Sky House, the fourth clubhouse for Pavilia Farm in Hong Kong, designed as community spaces integrated with nature.

Sky House is a playground and fitness center for all ages, with an undulating outdoor playground extending indoors. The ground floor has children's areas, while the upper floor offers senior fitness facilities.

A central skylight doubles as a rope-climbing tower, connecting floors and bringing in natural light. Snøhetta aimed to foster intergenerational encounters and community ties.

Pavilia Farm's four clubhouses (Sky House, Tea House, Well House, Farm House) offer shared spaces centered around an urban farm, supporting residents throughout their lives.

The clubhouses integrate with nature, responding to the surrounding mountains and river. They provide access to gardens, wellness facilities, and recreational spaces.

The Tea House is a cantilevered pavilion with a pool and waterfall. The Well House includes a gym, spa, and indoor pool, blurring indoor/outdoor boundaries.

The Farm House features communal kitchens and dining areas, encouraging shared meals. Its adaptable table system suits various gathering sizes.

Snøhetta designed the clubhouses to create a layered neighborhood, promoting discovery, interaction, and community life.
