Sequitur Winery by Observation Studio

Observation Studio has completed the Sequitur Winery, a hospitality project located in Newberg, Oregon, in 2022. The winery is situated on the Etzel Farm, known for its Pinot Noir production.

The winery is located in the Chehalem Creek Valley, an area recognized for its fertile soil ideal for growing Pinot Noir grapes.

The project was led by architects Christopher Brown and Brent Linden, with a design team including Dillon Phillips, Jared Abraham, and Hutch Landfair.

AD Construction served as the general contractor for the 18,000 sq ft project.

The Etzel Farm is positioned between wetland meadows and forested hillsides, reflecting the agricultural and natural landscape of the region.
