São Sabas College Renovation

A former residence in the Chácara Flora neighborhood has been converted into a new middle school unit for Colégio São Sabas, designed by Guido Otero Arquitetura.

The project adapted the existing house to include four classrooms. Two additional classrooms were created by raising the sports court by half a level, located on the lower part of the site.

The renovation also incorporated a dining hall, a multipurpose outdoor space, and essential support areas like administration and coordination rooms.
