Carnovsky Launches RGB-Not Wallpaper Collection

Milan-based collective Carnovsky has introduced RGB-Not, a new collection of digitally printed wallpapers designed to resemble contemporary frescoes.

The RGB-Not wallpapers build upon Carnovsky's 2010 RGB collection, utilizing transparency and overlapping imagery. The collection features otherworldly scenes in colors like sienna, forest green, dusty pink, and cobalt blue.

Each design is conceived as a modern interpretation of traditional fresco painting, intended to create "windows opening onto fantastic worlds, enchanted forests and dreamlike jungles."

The wallpapers are made to order on non-woven material and are supplied in rolls that are 100 centimeters wide. Carnovsky is the design studio founded by artists Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla.
