PC Inhouse: Two Residences in One Composition

Arcieri Arquitectura designed PC Inhouse in Punta Colorada, Uruguay, integrating two independent residences into a unified architectural project while maintaining a domestic scale and landscape integration.

The project, located in the Tamba neighborhood, was conceived from the outset as a single entity.

The primary challenge was to create two autonomous living units without compromising the overall coherence of the complex.

The design aims to preserve a sense of domestic scale and blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment.

The total area of the project is 260 m².

The estimated completion year is 2026.

The lead architect is German Arcieri, and the photographs are by Sebastián Aguilar Aloy.
