Pavilia Farm Clubhouses Completed

Snøhetta's vision for the Pavilia Farm clubhouses in Hong Kong is now fully realized with the completion of Sky House, the final structure. These four clubhouses aim to create a nature-centered community.

The project, located within New World Development's residential area in Tai Wai, Hong Kong, is designed to foster wellbeing and collective ownership.

The clubhouses function as a green lung and urban farm, situated in one of the world's most densely populated cities.

The total area of the architecture project is 5650 m², with a completion year of 2026.

Key collaborators include Harold de Puymorin for photography, Ohtori Consultants Environmental Design Institute for landscape, and Ronald Lu & Partners as a collaborator.
