The chair's design is characterized by a bulbous, pebble-like form that flows into a sculptural, looping back. Andreu World states the shape draws inspiration from the voluminous crinolines in Diego Velázquez's 1656 painting Las Meninas and the expressive freedom of 1970s furniture.

A key design element is the juxtaposition of soft upholstery with a rigid back shell made from Pure ECO thermopolymer, a material derived from 100% recycled polymer waste. This shell is available in glossy or matte enamel finishes and features a textured, stone-like relief.
