NASA Astronaut Reid Wiseman to Visit Baltimore

NASA astronaut Reid Wiseman, commander of the Artemis II mission, will attend the Baltimore Ravens vs. New Orleans Saints game on Sunday, Sept. 20, as part of NASA's Inspiration Tour.

Wiseman, a Baltimore native and Navy veteran, has spent 175 days in space across two missions. The Artemis II mission, which launched on April 1, 2026, involved a lunar flyby, marking humanity's return to the Moon's vicinity after over 50 years.

NASA will host an Experience Zone outside the stadium from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. before the game, allowing fans to learn about the Artemis program, play games, and take photos.

The Inspiration Tour aims to highlight U.S. strengths in space exploration and aeronautics innovation by connecting NASA with various stakeholders.

The tour will conclude with MAX POWER, a public exposition of American air and space innovation, on November 7-8, 2026, at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. This event will showcase future transportation technologies in air and space, in honor of America's 250th anniversary.
