MIT Engineering Faculty and Staff Honored with Spring 2026 Awards

The MIT School of Engineering recognized numerous faculty and staff members in spring 2026 for their significant contributions across various fields of research, technology, and education.

Faez Ahmed received an AFOSR Young Investigator Award. Navid Azizan and Vincent Sitzmann received NSF CAREER Awards. Yet-Ming Chiang was named a Boston Globe Tech Power Player. Samantha Coday received an ARPA-E IGNIITE Award.

Daniela Rus received the High-Tech Prize of the Bavarian Minister-President. Afreen Siddiqi earned a Guggenheim Fellowship. Vincent Sitzmann also received the PAMI Young Researcher Award.
