Massimo Dutti Opens Flagship Store in Historic Roman Palace
Massimo Dutti has launched its new flagship store in Rome, located within the 16th-century Palazzo Ruspoli. The store spans over 2,000 square meters on Via del Corso.

The retail space integrates Massimo Dutti's collections with the palace's original features, such as vaulted ceilings and a grand stone staircase, complemented by contemporary wooden furniture and minimalist displays. Specialized artisans undertook a heritage study and restoration, preserving the 16th-century finishes. Indirect lighting highlights the architectural details without obscuring the original masonry.
The store features an olfactory archive in collaboration with Profumoir, allowing visitors to sample fragrances. Additionally, an independent bookshop, Leporello Books, has curated a library of nearly 100 art and architecture titles.
The first floor showcases Massimo Dutti's Fall/Winter 2026 Limited Edition for men and women, focusing on tailored pieces in a palette of neutral tones and rich fabrics like leather and knitwear.
Digital services include a concierge for delivery and mobile inventory devices for staff, with online orders available for in-store pickup within two hours. The brand also offers coffee from Caffè Doria at the flagship and has a temporary installation at Palazzo Doria Pamphilj.
