A commercial park in Chengdu, China, features a continuous timber canopy designed to integrate various levels and spaces.

The CorNori Commercial Park is situated within a terraced sunken park at LUXELAKES, Chengdu. The design navigates a nearly ten-meter change in elevation using gently sloping paths that link neighborhood entrances to a metro passage.

Several small commercial areas are distributed across the site. A defining feature is a field of timber roofs that appear to float, extending over the changing levels and connecting different areas.

This continuous canopy unifies the commercial spaces, pedestrian movement, and resting areas beneath a single, cohesive structure.
