Linden House Project in Ireland

Schemata Architects is designing Linden House, a new project located in Glengarriff, Ireland, with a completion year of 2025. The project spans an area of 571 m².

The Dromgariff Rainforest project, led by Bryan and Tara Meehan, aims to regenerate its gardens and forest. This area is one of Ireland's last ancient oak wood rainforests and is a protected Special Area of Conservation.

The site was formerly home to Roche's Royal Hotel. Although the hotel is gone, remnants of its past landscape, such as stone steps, terraces, stone walls, and a garden called the Rockery, are still present within the forest.
