Kay Kay de Monkul Lookout Walkway / Gonzalo Verdugo + Carlos Seguel Arquitectos
A new wooden boardwalk, designed by Carlos Seguel Arquitectos and Gonzalo Verdugo, is set to be completed in 2026 in Carahue, Chile. This low-impact infrastructure aims to allow visitors to experience the Monkul Wetland without disturbing its delicate ecosystem.

The project, spanning 1110 m², is located in one of southern Chile's most valuable coastal ecosystems. The boardwalk was conceived to provide access for contemplation of the landscape while maintaining environmental balance.
