JUUL Residential Project Transforms Rotterdam Church

The JUUL residential project, designed by HA-HA Design & Development, has repurposed the fire-damaged Julianakerk in Rotterdam into four homes, revitalizing a site that had been derelict for nine years.

The project, located in the Heijplaat garden village, aimed to bring new life to the historic church structure.

Completion of the transformation is slated for 2026.
