HGAA designed and built House K, a concrete residence in Vinh City, Vietnam, completed in 2024. The project is located in a region with a harsh climate, characterized by extreme temperatures, heavy rainfall, and storms.

The area of the project is 130 m².

The region experiences scorching summers, dry and cold winters, and frequent floods, yet its inhabitants are known for their resilience and attachment to their homeland and nature.

Traditional homes in this area typically have wide eaves for shade and are surrounded by fruit gardens, which offer produce and a cooling effect.
