House in Los Cóndores by Malachowski Arquitectos

A single-family home in Chaclacayo, Peru, designed by Malachowski Arquitectos, utilizes the site's natural slope to organize its structure.

The design decision was to let the topography of the site dictate the project's organization, resulting in a series of platforms, roofs, and open spaces.

These elements follow the natural contours of the land, making the experience of moving through the house—climbing, crossing, and pausing—a central aspect of the domestic environment.

The project spans an area of 1345 m² and was completed in 2024.

Key contributors include Lead Architect Gonzalo Malachowski Mangado, Design Team members Augusto Malachowski Mangado and Naike Malachowski Mangado, and Interior Design by Naike Malachowski Design Studio.
