House at the Top of the Hill by Skupaj Arhitekti

A residential project designed as a retreat for occasional stays, located in the Radgona-Kapela Hills of northeastern Slovenia.

The house, with an area of 170 m², is designed to integrate quiet, daylight, weather, and views into daily life.

The project is led by Tomaž Ebenšpanger of UM FGPA, with contributions from Denis Hitrec and Ema Peras.

Structural engineering was provided by EEP, d.o.o. (David Vesnaver), mechanical by REing, Rational Energy, inženiring, d.o.o., and electrical by Elektro Talian (Borut Talian, s.p.).

The general contractor for the project is G. M. Hiše, d.o.o.

The house is located in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia, and is scheduled for completion in 2025.
