House 22 / Loft7

An architectural project by Loft7, completed in 2023 in Pichilemu, Chile.

The project, named Casa 22, is located on the coast of Pichilemu, south of Punta de Lobos.

It is situated on a sloping lot that descends towards the northwest.

The design offers direct views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding native vegetation.

The total area of the project is 400 m².

Lead architects for the project were Igor Moraga and Sebastián Ortúzar.

The design team included Cristóbal Jaque and Fabián Acuña.

Structural engineering was provided by RK3 Ingenieros calculistas.
