Hanji House Exhibition Showcases Korean Papermaking

An exhibition at Maison&Objet in Paris highlights Hanji, a thousand-year-old Korean papermaking technique, and its contemporary applications.

Hanji, made from mulberry bark, is durable, breathable, and humidity-regulating. Traditionally used for writing, screens, and flooring, it now serves in conservation, furnishings, lighting, and lifestyle products.
