The house is situated on a gently sloping site in Hagi-dong, Daejeon City.

The project involved a design team including Hyunseung Lee, Jaehong Kim, and Jinsung Heo, with structural, civil, and M/E engineering by Seum, Sungwoon, and Minsung & Hyubin respectively.
