Gwyneth Paltrow and Michael Hsu create first Goop restaurant

Gwyneth Paltrow's wellness company Goop has opened its first sit-down restaurant, Goop Kitchen Del Mar, in San Diego on August 31. The restaurant is a collaboration with Texas-based studio Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and is the first physical location for Goop Kitchen, with plans for further expansion.
