La Feria De Diseño Medellín 2026 Highlights International Growth
The 13th edition of La Feria De Diseño Medellín, held in October 2026, showcased an expansion in scale and international participation, attracting over 18,500 visitors and 22,000 participants.

The event featured 167 exhibitors and over 285 brands, including 37 international ones, across four pavilions and various zones. Offerings spanned furniture, kitchens, lighting, wellness, architecture, and contract market solutions, reflecting the maturity of the Colombian design industry and growing global interest in Latin America.
For the first time, Spain, Brazil, and Italy had dedicated national pavilions. Spain presented seven companies, Brazil had 48 companies associated with Brazilian Furniture, and Italy featured ten brands.
The Business Matchmaking program facilitated 496 meetings between 85 buyers and 115 suppliers, an approximate 41% increase from 2025.
The Latin American Design and Business Encounter included over 130 participants from 13 countries and 17 speakers, discussing specification, decision-making, and project development.
Under the theme "Design that Reconnects," the academic program hosted 3,982 attendees and 60 speakers from 14 countries, covering architecture, art, materials, and innovation.
Satellite events across Medellín, a "Creadores" platform for 23 selected projects, and a Futura Lab for children's design education extended the fair's reach. The event highlighted enhanced production, broader international connections, and interest in integrated solutions for wellness, technology, and flexibility. The next edition is scheduled for September 16-18, 2027.
