Educational Facility URSIKS

Arhitekti Počivaશીk Petranovič designed the URSIKS educational facility, a component of a new prison complex in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The project was awarded through a public competition in 2017.

The educational center is situated in Dobrunje, along Litijska Road, establishing a connection with the city rather than the prison located behind it.

The project spans an area of 855 m² and is slated for completion in 2025.

The design team included Davorin Počivaશીk, Urban Petranovič, Aleksi Vičič, Jernej Borko, and Petra Hribar Markelj. Interior design was handled by Davorin Počivaશીk, Urban Petranovič, Andreja Ajlec, and Monika Kobal, with landscape design by Zaš Brezar, Ana Tepina, and Meta Petrič.

The client for this project is the Ministry of Justice.
