Casalgrande Padana Launches Saxum Porcelain Tile Collection

Italian tile brand Casalgrande Padana has introduced the Saxum collection, a new line of porcelain tiles designed to emulate the natural appearance and texture of stone while offering practical benefits.

The Saxum collection is available in five colorways: Antracite, Beige, Bianco, Grigio, and Perla. It aims to capture the "sensual beauty of stone" with features like random veining, imperfections, and organic tones, offering a modern interpretation of natural stone.

These porcelain tiles boast excellent technical performance, making them suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications, including floors, walls, homes, and large-scale commercial projects. They are designed to withstand various climates and settings.

In interior spaces, Saxum tiles can be used for natural-looking showers, baths, and wall surfaces. For exteriors, they are suitable for patios, verandas, terraces, and swimming pool areas.

The tiles are perfectly squared and rectified for easy installation. An anti-slip option is available, and they can be laid on screed with glue for heavy loads or dry-laid on sand, gravel, or turf for immediate use.

The collection's durability, enhanced by proprietary technologies, allows for use as facade cladding. The tiles are resistant to frost, wear-and-tear, warping, thermal shock, and are easy to clean, recyclable, fire-resistant, and non-allergenic.

Optional Bios Ceramics treatment can be requested for self-cleaning and antibacterial properties. Tiles are available in various sizes, from 30x30 cm mosaics to 120x120 cm slabs.
