Casa Vereda: Architecture Blending with Nature

A new residential project in Murcia, Spain, aims to integrate seamlessly with its natural surroundings.

The design philosophy behind Casa Vereda is to inhabit nature without competing with it, allowing the architecture to become part of the landscape.

The project emphasizes a dialogue between its volumes, materials, and textures, and the existing vegetation, light, and the site's history.

The goal is to create a dwelling that feels as though it has always been present in its environment.

The project covers an area of 260 m² and is slated for completion in 2026.

Key contributors include L'Aura Ortín Architecture for Happiness as the architect, Laura Ortín as the lead architect, and Tatiana Poggi for architectural design.

Other collaborators include David Frutos for photography, and manufacturers such as Gredecor and Llofrío.
