HW-STUDIO has designed Casa Malonic, a residential project located in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, with a completion year of 2026. The project spans an area of 497 m².

The architects describe the site as having an intense landscape, with the sea forming an infinite horizon and a jungle occupying the land with a sacred presence. The existing natural elements like light, flowers, stones, trees, and wildlife create a rich experience prior to any architectural intervention.
