Casa Itu Project Details

Nitsche Arquitetos have designed the Casa Itu, a residential project with a completion year of 2025. The project is located in Brazil and covers an area of 490 m².

The selection of the building site was the primary factor in initiating the Casa Itu project. Following an extensive period of site evaluations, the architects chose a corner lot characterized by a slope that offers views of the surrounding landscape and favorable northern sun exposure, which is ideal for the region.
