Bugatti Unveils First US Branded Residence in Miami

Luxury car manufacturer Bugatti has announced plans for its first branded residential skyscraper in the United States, located on the Miami River.

The 60-storey tower, named Bugatti Residences Miami, will be designed by Brandon Haw Architecture with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. This development follows a similar project planned for Dubai and joins a growing trend of luxury car brands, including Porsche, Bentley, and Mercedes-Benz, launching residential towers in Miami.

Developed by Prosper Group and Versluys Group, the skyscraper's design is inspired by Miami's architecture and the sleek forms of supercars, incorporating Bugatti's signature 'C' motif. The building will feature 183 apartments and four penthouses.

Situated in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, the project is part of a significant wave of development in the area, which also includes upcoming skyscrapers by Foster + Partners and SOM, as well as a tower by Dolce & Gabbana.
