A G+3 structure in Bengaluru, India, designed by DOT BOT STUDIO, aims for a subtle presence within a dense commercial area.

The 10,000 sq ft retail and showroom project, slated for completion in 2025, is situated on a 40x60 plot. It resists maximizing its presence through bulk or spectacle, instead focusing on a precise balance of structure, material, and purpose.

The design is influenced by two existing street trees whose canopies frame the building from a pedestrian viewpoint, acting as a natural urban stage that shapes the initial perception of the architecture.
