Bothanic Faria Lima Building

The Bothanic Faria Lima Building, designed by AMZ Arquitetos and Del Bianco Arquitetos, is located in São Paulo, Brazil, near Faria Lima Avenue. Completed in 2023, the project spans 5172 m².

A key design consideration was the preservation and enhancement of the site's existing vegetation, including a Brazilwood tree that could not be relocated.

The project team included Pablo Alvarenga, Arnaldo Razzante, Laysa Valente, and Vinicius Fioratti. General construction was handled by Conceito, Bratke, and Barbara, with landscaping by Cenário Paisagismo.
