4015 House & Studio by Observation Studio

Observation Studio renovated a mid-century house in Portland, Oregon, to accommodate the shift towards remote work, focusing on smart space planning and rich materiality.

The project, completed in 2022 with an area of 4800 sq ft, was designed for an executive creative director and his family.

Following the house renovation, a separate studio was commissioned for the client's creative work.
