The "Disciplined Entrepreneurship" framework, with over half a million copies sold, has a 61% survival/acquisition rate for MIT students and has helped them raise over $3 billion. However, it was not designed for younger learners.

Dear Dreamer, funded by the Frank and Eileen Foundation, aims to fill this gap with a digital, self-paced experience featuring short videos, interactive exercises, and personalized feedback. The goal is to empower 50,000 young entrepreneurs by 2030.

The platform was inspired by Audrey McLoghlin, founder of Frank and Eileen, who saw the potential of MIT's AI tool, Jetpack, to make entrepreneurship education accessible to youth. She noted a lack of such guidance in schools.

Dear Dreamer adapts the core curriculum into a more interactive and engaging format for younger students, using relatable case studies and examples. The user interface is designed to resemble popular platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Entrepreneurship is presented as a mindset and skillset for navigating change and uncertainty, not solely for founding companies. It empowers individuals to become job creators and pursue their interests.

Learning the entrepreneurial mindset offers benefits even for those who do not start companies, as it equips them to handle change and ambiguity in any professional setting. It provides a structured way to develop solutions in uncertain environments.
