Bartop Arcade Machine Doubles as Retro Terminal
A custom bartop arcade machine has been modified to also function as a retro terminal, inspired by the feel of 1980s computing.

The device features a removable front panel. Initially built as an arcade cabinet, the builder found that removing the control panel and inserting a keyboard created an 8-bit home computer aesthetic.
The modification allows the user to swap the arcade controls for a panel containing a keyboard, touchpad, and USB breakout, enabling it to function as a retro terminal.
The retro terminal mode is enhanced by the use of the 'cool-retro-term' emulator and a custom widescreen wallpaper depicting two 5.25" floppy drives.
