IXCAMPUS by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten

A new mixed-use development in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France, designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten, is set for completion in 2026.

The IXCAMPUS project features two distinct buildings: the "Grande Orangerie" and the "Incubateur."

The "Grande Orangerie" is an elongated structure spanning 8,572 m² and will house research and teaching facilities.

The cross-shaped "Incubateur" offers 3,102 m² of usable floor area for startup companies engaged in on-site manufacturing.
